Why Choose Precision Dent Repair
We do one thing: paintless dent repair. Two Ontario shops, more than 75 years of combined experience, over 100,000 vehicles repaired and over 1,000 five-star Google reviews. Specialisation is why we take on the body-line creases and aluminum panels other shops decline.
There are plenty of places that will fix a dent. Most of them do it as a sideline to collision work. We do not do collision work, we do not spray paint, and we do not sell you anything else — which is precisely why the difficult repairs end up here.

The numbers
- 100,000+ vehicles repaired across both shops
- 75+ years of combined technician experience on the tools
- 1,000+ five-star Google reviews between Burlington and Hamilton
- Two full shops plus catastrophe crews that deploy Canada-wide
- Direct billing relationships with every major Canadian insurer
- Family run — Dan in Hamilton, Andreas in Burlington, both on the floor
What specialisation actually buys you
Difficulty in PDR is a function of reps. Reading a body-line crease, judging how much a stretched aluminum panel will move, knowing when to stop before you overwork the metal — none of that comes from a course. It comes from thousands of panels.
That is why we say yes to repairs other shops decline. A collision shop that does PDR occasionally will send a crease to the paint booth because that is the safe call for them. For us it is Tuesday.
How we work
- Free estimates and free hail inspections, with no obligation
- A straight answer when PDR is the wrong repair — including when to go to a body shop
- The price before the work, and the repair number before you call your insurer
- Most repairs completed the same day
- Warrantied work; the metal is returned to shape, not covered up
- Insurance paperwork, supplements and adjuster negotiation handled for you

What customers say
"When my vehicle was recently damaged by a severe hailstorm, it ended up with a significant number of dents across the body. After contacting my insurance company, I was initially referred to a general body shop. However, since this was strictly dent-related damage, I wanted to find a shop that truly specializes in paintless dent repair. That's when I came across Precision Dent Burlington."
"I had my brand new car destroyed by hail damage back in August. The car was covered in dents in pretty much all areas — roof, hood, rails, doors, trunk, quarter panel, fenders. I researched a few places and even went to another highly reviewed shop to get an estimate. The other shop started mentioning paint and parts."
"Andreas and his team were great! Very quick and transparent! Andreas was especially helpful in dealing with my difficult insurance in the process of getting the repair approved. Despite heavy hail damage, the car looks brand new now!"
"Great experience dealing with these guys. Very friendly and accommodative and their work is very impressive. Had them repair two BMW's with hail damage and they both looked new when they were done."
"I had several dents in my Yukon Denali after a major hail storm. Thanks to the efficient service of Precision Dent Repair, my vehicle looks as good as new again. I would highly recommend this company!"
"Great experience from start to finish, they accommodated my schedule and took care of everything through insurance. Easy process and repaired a ton of damage from a hail storm. Highly recommend."

Common questions
Are you a body shop?
No, deliberately. We are paintless dent repair specialists. If your damage needs paint, we will tell you and point you to a good body shop rather than take the job.
Which shop should I go to?
Whichever is closer. Burlington is at 4055 Harvester Rd Unit 6; Hamilton is at 1124 Rymal Rd E on the Mountain. Same standards, same pricing, same warranty.
Do you work on luxury and exotic vehicles?
Regularly. Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, Tesla, Range Rover and aluminum-bodied trucks are all routine here, and keeping factory paint matters most on exactly those vehicles.
How do I get started?
