About Precision Dent Repair
Precision Dent Repair is a family-run paintless dent repair specialist with shops in Burlington and Hamilton, Ontario. Dan and Andreas run the two locations, the team carries over 75 years of combined experience, and together the shops have repaired more than 100,000 vehicles.
Precision Dent Repair grew out of a straightforward conviction: most dents do not need paint, and the industry's habit of reaching for filler and a spray gun costs vehicle owners their factory finish for no good reason.
Andreas runs the Burlington shop on Harvester Road with Brent and Levon. Dan runs Hamilton on Rymal Road East with Christina, Morgan, Emery and Kyle. Both are on the floor, on the tools, most days — which is the part customers mention most in reviews.
What we do and do not do
We are specialists, not a general repair facility. Everything we do is paintless: door dings, creases, large dents, hail, dealership reconditioning and fleet work. We do not paint, and we do not take collision work.
That narrowness is the point. Skill in this trade is built on repetition, and doing only PDR is what lets us take on the repairs other shops turn away — sharp body-line creases, aluminum panels, and hail vehicles with several hundred dents.
Beyond the two shops
When a major hail storm hits a Canadian city, local repair capacity is overwhelmed within days. Our catastrophe teams fly to those events and work out of partner body shops and dealership lots, handling both insurance claims and direct-pay customers. Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario storms have all had our crews on the ground.
That work feeds back into the shops. Nothing builds technique like a season of high-dent-count vehicles, and our Golden Horseshoe customers get the benefit of it.
