What are your Burlington hours?

Do I need an appointment?
For an estimate, no — you can drop in during business hours and we will look at the vehicle. For the repair itself, yes, because we hold dedicated bench time for each job. Most customers get an appointment within a day or two, and same-day slots come up regularly.
How long will I be without my car?
Single dents are usually 30 to 90 minutes and you can wait. Multiple dings take a few hours. Hail vehicles are typically one to three days depending on how many dents there are.
Do you work on aluminum panels and EVs?
Yes. Aluminum needs different tooling and controlled heat because it has no memory the way steel does, and we are set up for it. Teslas, Mustang Mach-Es, aluminum-bodied F-150s and Audis are all regular customers here.
