Our Hamilton Shop: Hours, Directions and Services
Precision Dent Repair's Hamilton shop is at 1124 Rymal Rd E on the Mountain, open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We remove dents and hail damage by working the metal back into shape from behind the panel, so there is no filler and no repaint — your factory paint stays exactly as it left the plant.

Dan, Christina, Morgan, Emery, Kyle
The Hamilton shop on Rymal Road East is our busiest location by volume. Dan runs it, Christina handles scheduling and estimates, and Morgan, Emery and Kyle are on the tools. Between them they take everything from a single door ding to vehicles with several hundred hail dents across every horizontal panel.
Being on the Mountain puts us within easy reach of Ancaster, Dundas, Stoney Creek, Binbrook and Glanbrook, and a straight run from the Lincoln Alexander Parkway or Upper James. Most customers drop off in the morning and collect the car the same afternoon.
Hamilton customers have given the shop 426 Google reviews at a 4.9 average. A recurring theme in them is worth flagging: a lot of people arrive after another shop told them the panel needed replacing. Body-line dents, tailgate damage and aluminum hoods are all repairs that general collision shops routinely decline and that we do as ordinary work.

Hamilton reviews
"Someone had repeatedly opened their car door into my door multiple times at different distances. I was extremely happy with the results on my C300 and the cost was way lower than the deductible. Done in 4 hours! I very much recommend this business."
"Took my Audi to Precision Dent Hamilton. First interaction with Christina was amazing as she answered all my initial questions about the dent on my aluminum hood. Morgan, who actually worked on my hood, is a super cool dude and he was patient."
"I would recommend these guys to anyone. Very impressed with the same day repair of multiple dents on my Ram truck. Christina and Morgan were very friendly and helpful. Thanks again."
"I had a small dent on the driver's door of my 2025 Ram, and the team at Precision Dent Repair confidently told me it would disappear and be completely unnoticeable after the repair. They delivered exactly as promised. Huge thanks to Dan, Christina, and the entire team."
"I had to bring a vehicle here that received a pretty nasty door ding that left 2 dings — both across body lines, and with paint transfer. The process was smooth and painless from initially reaching out for a quote, to making an appointment and bringing the car in. Pricing was very reasonable."
"Had a pretty bad cave-in on the edge of my rear passenger door. Called a few places who provided quotes much higher than I had expected. PDR was the last call I had to make. Sent photos and got a verbal cost range that was much more reasonable than their competitors."
"Emery did an outstanding job on my Ford Escape driver door. It was a tricky dent, but Emery was able to smooth it out — you can't even tell it was there. Very impressed!"
"Morgan fixed a complex dent on my door like an artist. After the work was completed, it was as if the dent never existed. It was just like in the name, executed with precision."
"I have used Precision Dent on a couple of vehicles over the past few years. I have the highest level of confidence that I will be completely satisfied once the technician has finished his magic. I highly recommend this facility, especially for those of us expecting a flawless repair."

Hamilton shop questions
Where exactly is the Hamilton shop?
1124 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W 3N7, on the Hamilton Mountain. It is a short drive from the Lincoln Alexander Parkway, and Upper James and Upper Gage both feed straight onto Rymal.
What are your Hamilton hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed weekends. Call 289-302-6834 and Christina will get you scheduled, or send photos through the quote form and we will come back with a price range.
Can I get an estimate without booking?
Yes. Drop in during business hours and we will assess the vehicle under proper reflective lighting, which is the only reliable way to see how many dents there really are. No charge, no obligation.
Another shop said my door needs replacing. Is that true?
Often it is not. Body-line dents, creases and sharp impacts are difficult work but they are not panel-replacement work when the paint is intact. Bring it in — we will tell you honestly whether it is a PDR job or genuinely needs bodywork.
Will the repair cost less than my insurance deductible?
Frequently, yes, especially for one to three dents. We will tell you the number before you call your insurer so you can decide whether to file at all. Plenty of Hamilton customers skip the claim and keep their premium where it is.
Send a photo. Get a real number.
Most quotes come back the same day. No obligation, no pressure, no body shop upsell.
